Cholesterol Screening

Date:    Cholesterol Screening:
Effective February 1st, the 1st & 2nd Tuesdays of each month

Time:  9am - 12noon
Note:   Screening for Complete Panel (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, ratio)
Requires fasting (no food for 12 hours, plain coffee or water is ok)
Price for this test is $22.  This is not covered by insurance.

Screening for Total cholesterol requires no fasting.  (this includes total, HDL, and ratio).
Price for this screening is $15.  This test is not covered by insurance.

Hemoglobin A1c Screening
Date:   Monday thru Thursday by Appointment
Cost for this screening is $20
 

Seasonal Flu Vaccine

Flu Shots are being given now.  There is no cost to those with Medicare and most prescription insurance is offering coverage.
