Pneumonia Vaccine - This vaccine is available year round. No prescription is required. Medicare B and some insurance plans cover this shot.
Zostavax “Shingles” Vaccine - if you’ve had chickenpox you’re at risk for shingles. Shingles can be a mild outbreak or it can be very devastating. The vaccine is available to anyone over 60. Gardasil HPV - “you could become one less”, protect yourself against cervical cancer by getting the Gardasil vaccine. Available to females ages 9 to 26.
A prescription is required. This is a series of three injections - initial, 2 months, and 6 months.
